Our story

A father, a son,
and a big family

Started modestly in 1993 by François and Jean-François Chenail, the family business has grown steadily and now employs over 200 professionals across three locations in Canada. Under the leadership of Jean-François Chenail and Antonio Bono, Chenail Import-Export is expanding into international markets and investing heavily in its facilities to ensure its continued development as a Canadian leader in the import, export, and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables.
